The Vampire Diaries ended it's fall/winter season with a bite - one great big festering werewolf bite that is. Worse than that? No new episodes until January 2011! Here is the preview video for season 2 episode 12 "The Descent."
How great was Michael Trevino (Tyler Lockwood) and his transformation to a werewolf last night? Damon (Ian Somerhalder) couldn't let sleeping werewolf dogs lie - he had to go and irritate the new wolf in town, Jules (Michaela McManus.) It got you nothing but trouble (see video above.)
The Descent marks TVD's return after the winter break on January 29th. It's a long wait but it looks like it will be worth it.
